Homeowner FAQ
What does full-service rental management include?
We run the rental side of your home: professional photos and marketing, listings on top booking sites, direct booking, guest screening and communication, 24/7 guest support, rental-ready fixes and monthly statements and payouts.
Do you do house checks or routine maintenance?
Our focus is the rental, so anything a guest stay needs, we take care of. For house checks and routine home maintenance, we’re happy to help you find and recommend trusted, qualified local vendors and help you get things scheduled.
What does it cost?
Our management fee is 20% of nightly rates only. We take no commission on cleaning fees, surcharges, other fees or supply expenses. Have two or more homes with us? Your fee drops to 18%.
How and when do I get paid?
You’ll receive a monthly statement by the 15th of the following month, and your payout goes straight to your bank account.
Can I still use my lake home?
Absolutely — it’s your home! You’re always welcome to use it. You’ll get access to your own owner portal, where you can see your booking calendar and block out your own dates anytime.
How long is the management agreement?
Our management agreement is for one year. After the first year, you can end it anytime with 60 days’ notice.
