Helpful Information

Boat Slip
One covered boat slip is available during boating season. There is a small V hull boat lift in the slip that can be used with the right watercraft. Because Norris Lake is managed by the TVA, water levels change throughout the year, and dock accessibility may vary outside of peak season.

Boats & Golf Carts
Bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby marina. Seasonal golf cart rentals are available through local providers.

Pet Friendly
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fees.

Parking
Parking is available for up to four vehicles. Please note that the driveway is steep, which is common for many lakefront homes in the area.

Streaming Services
Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Simply sign in with your personal streaming accounts during your stay.

Smoke-Free Home
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

Surrounded by Nature

One of the things we love most about Norris Lake is its untouched natural beauty. Because the home is nestled among mature trees and along the shoreline, you may occasionally see deer, wild turkeys, butterflies, birds, or other native wildlife. Like any lakefront property, seasonal insects are simply part of the environment.

But please keep doors and windows closed when they’re not in use which helps keep the indoors comfortable while allowing nature to remain exactly where it belongs—outside.

To ensure every guest arrives to a home that’s impeccably prepared, early check-ins and late check-outs are generally unavailable during our busy summer season.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.

Summer Season Exception: Reservations for Summer Season stays requiring a seven (7) night minimum stay are subject to a modified cancellation policy. These reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable after February 28 of the applicable calendar year, regardless of the date the reservation was booked. The standard 60-day cancellation policy does not apply to these qualifying Summer Season reservations after February 28.

RNLH Properties strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, weather events, travel disruptions, or other situations that may prevent travel.

Any refund issued after the applicable cancellation deadline due to a reservation being successfully rebooked is at the sole discretion of RNLH Properties and may be reduced by applicable processing fees, discounts, or other associated costs.

Damage Deposit & Identification Policy

For the protection of both our guests and homeowners, all reservations—regardless of the booking platform or channel (including Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or any third-party site)—are subject to a refundable damage deposit hold. The hold will be authorized prior to arrival and released after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified.

In addition, a valid government-issued photo ID for the primary guest is required and must be on file prior to check-in. Failure to provide the required identification or complete the damage deposit authorization may result in delayed check-in or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the booking terms.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
