Perched above the lake in the beautiful gated Lakeside Estates community, this stunning 3,300-square-foot retreat offers some truly spectacular views of Norris Lake. With two expansive covered decks, six bedrooms with private bathrooms, and room for 24 guests, Chasing Wake was designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.
Spend your days boating from your private dock, cooling off on the dock's water slide, or exploring everything Norris Lake has to offer. Back at the house, challenge the family to ping pong or air hockey, prepare dinner in the spacious gourmet kitchen, and end the evening soaking in the 10-person hot tub while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

On the lower-level patio, you'll find the 10-person hot tub, complete with LED lighting, a waterfall, and Bluetooth speakers.
Spend your evenings soaking beneath the stars or gather around the private fire pit to share stories from the day's adventures.
And when it's time to hit the water, your private dock is ready for lake-day fun!
PRIVATE DOCK AND LAKE ACCESS
One of the highlights of Chasing Wake is its private two-story boat dock, offering a fantastic home base for enjoying Norris Lake.
The dock features:

- Water slide for extra lake-day fun
Bring your own boat or arrange a rental from one of the nearby marinas and spend your days cruising, tubing, wakeboarding, swimming, or exploring the beautiful coves of Norris Lake.
Important Seasonal Lake Information:
Norris Lake is a reservoir with seasonal water-level fluctuations.
Chasing Wake is located in a seasonal-water cove, meaning lake levels typically begin to drop in the fall and remain lower throughout the winter and early spring.
Dock access is not guaranteed outside the primary boating season, generally April through September. Water levels are controlled by TVA and may vary from year to year.
The community boat launch is available year-round, subject to water levels and operating conditions.
We recommend contacting us before booking if dock access is an important part of your stay during the spring, fall, or winter months.

We want every guest to enjoy a wonderful experience at Chasing Wake. Please review the following important information before booking.
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD
A signed rental agreement, ID verification and a $750 security deposit hold on your credit card are required for all reservations.
The rental agreement and any other applicable waivers will be emailed following booking once the necessary guest information has been received.
Any property damage or violation of the rental agreement or house rules may result in deductions from the deposit.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE
The primary renter must be at least 27 years old and must occupy the property for the duration of the reservation.
We do not allow college age groups to book.
No pets allowed
Chasing Wake is a strictly nonsmoking property.
LINENS & TOWELS
Fresh bed linens are provided and made up for you prior for your arrival.
Bath towels, hand towels, makeup removers and washcloths are provided.
Guests should bring their own lake/beach towels.
STARTER SUPPLIES
A limited supply of household essentials is provided to help you settle in, including:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 dishwasher pods
- 2 laundry pods
- 2 fresh scrubber sponge
- starter trash bags
- liquid hand soap in each bathroom
Guests should plan to bring additional supplies based on the length of their stay and group size.
Toiletries and other personal care products are not provided.

CHECK IN 4:00 PM CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM To ensure every guest arrives to a home that’s impeccably prepared, early check-ins and late
check-outs are generally unavailable during our busy summer season.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
SUMMER SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY — 2027 Summer Season: May 28, 2027 – September 5, 2027 Reservations for the 2027 Summer Season are non-refundable after February 28, 2027. If you need to cancel your reservation after February 28, 2027, and we are able to rebook the dates for the same or greater value, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook the canceled dates, no refund will be issued. Reservations canceled on or before February 28, 2027 are subject to the property's standard cancellation policy. RNLH Properties strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, weather events, travel disruptions, or other situations that may prevent travel.
